1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in any program on gmatcoaching.in or at our physical campus at B9 Vasant Kunj, Delhi - 110070, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.
2Batch Enrollment & Max 10 Student Limit
To maintain uncompromised pedagogical quality, gmatcoaching strictly enforces a maximum cohort cap of 10 students per batch. Enrollment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the initial registration fee or scholarship authorization.
3Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary study materials, GMAT Focus Edition formula books, Quant shortcut notes, Critical Reasoning logic blueprints, AI diagnostic error-log spreadsheets, recorded video lectures, and website contents provided by gmatcoaching and Dr. Dipu Kumar, PhD are the exclusive intellectual property of gmatcoaching. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reselling, or public sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with gmatcoaching services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
